Résumé: The Evil Twin randomized routing algorithm is successfully applied to three-stage Clos networks in packet-switching platforms. Here we show the essence of Evil Twin permutations and how to construct Evil Twin permutations. The concept of Evil Twin permutations is also generalized in this letter.
