Résumé: In this letter, we develop a novel methodology for the design of the optimal logical topology configuration over a WDM wavelength routed network, when some or all the traffic relations are affected by a degree of uncertainty. Our optimal topology design algorithm relies on the application of the tabu search optimization meta-heuristic.
