ملخص: Several recent researches try to reconsider and adapt traditional Atomic Commit Protocols “ACP” to mobile environment constraints. The performance evaluation is the key tool for the approval of an approach to another. This evaluation consists in an important modeling phase and choices of parameters in order to grant a high confidence degree of the evaluation results. In this paper, we highlight the criteria, parameters and metrics of the performance evaluation for the atomic commit protocols executed in mobile and wireless environments as a first step towards the design and realization of a framework for performance evaluation and prediction of new techniques.
