Paraconductivity and phase

relaxation time in YBa2Cu3Ox thin films

ملخص: We present results of the c:axis coherence length [xi]c(0) and the phase:relaxation time [tau][phiv] (at 100 K) obtained from the fit to paraconductivity data for YBCO thin films. The average values for [xi]c(0) and [tau][phiv] (at 100 K) are 0.183 nm and 0.18 x 10:12 s, respectively. We find that three of our films which are oxygen:deficient have c:axis coherence lengths ranging from 0.049 to 0.090 nm. The phase:relaxation time decreases with increasing Tc with mean:slope =:6.15 x 10-15 sK-1 and a minima at 81 K.
