Comparaison des simulations chimique et mathematique de la migration du DOP a partir de disques de PVC plastifie plonges dans des huiles comestibles

ملخص: When plasticized PVC discs are dipped into edible oils (colza; sun?Power) or a simulating liquid (ethanol) we note that: (i) kinetics and thermodynamics e€ects which are superposed when putting into contact the liquids and the polymer are different, (ii) under equilibrium, ethanol penetrates completely into the PVC disc, while the oil di€uses very little into it; the plasticizer distribution between the polymer and the foodstu€ liquid is Rxed by means of its a.nity for these two phases, (iii) DOP concentration proRles into the bulk polymer depend on the liquid kind in contact. Mathematical simulation, based on a simple and self-consistent model, allows in general better reproduction of DOP concentration proRles, the integration of which leads to more e€ective kinetics of transfer into the oils.
