ملخص: Bulk metallic glass Vitralloy (V4) in the supercooled liquid state (SCL) has been investigated by small:angle:neutron:scattering (SANS). Upon annealing two kind of inhomogeneities have been detected far below the temperature of primary crystallisation. These amorphous inhomogeneities are interpreted as resulting from decomposition of the alloy in the SCL state.
