Résumé: In this letter, a systematic design method to generate high-rate space-time block codes from complex orthogonal designs for any number of transmit antennas is proposed. The resulting designs have the best known rates. Two constructions with rates 2/3 and 5/8 are further illustrated for 6 and 7 transmit antennas, respectively.
