Résumé: This letter examines the problem of achieving the QoS goals in Differentiated Service (DiffServ) networks, studies dynamic provisioning mechanism for admission control in the DiffServ network, and proposes the scalable qDPM<superscript>2 mechanism based on the centralized bandwidth broker, distributed measurement based admission control and movable boundary bandwidth management.
