ملخص: This article completes the inventory of benthic calcareous Algae and associated Incertae sedis of the "Bechar-Mezarif" basin. The number of microfossils identified from the Late Visean to the Moscovian reaches now more than a hundred taxa.The microflora is characterized by the abundance of red Algae (Stacheins, Ungdarellids) and green Algae (Paleosiphonocladales) spread over a wide carbonate ramp with scattered mud-mounds.Algae are important contributors to the building of these monticules. Bathymetry is the most important factor that regulates their distribution.
