ملخص: To study the crystal field (CF) at praseodymium sites in praseodymium gallium garnet (PrGG) we investigated experimentally and theoretically its Raman scattering, magnetization, and far infrared magnetotransmission. The experimental data can be described by a set of CF parameters which are rather close to those available for analogous neodymium-doped rare earth gallium garnets.
