ملخص: The purpose of this study is to understand the trends in optical properties of group-IV materials, especially SiSn and GeSn. Here we attempt to provide a theoretical base for further studies of these materials in zinc-blende structures. There is no experimental data for the optical properties. Nevertheless, an analysis of the theoretical structure can be useful.
