ملخص: Light from a pulsed Nd:YAG laser is resonantly coupled to the TE0 mode of an SOI monomode waveguide used as a photoconductor, by mean of a diffraction grating. Photogeneration of electron-hole pairs reduces the mode effective index and allows photocurrent switching above an incident threshold power when the incidence angle is slightly lower than the resonance angle at low incident power. Experimental characterisation at [lambda] = 1.064 [mu]m and modelling of this behaviour are presented.
