ملخص: Utilization of the personnel fast neutron dosimeter based on CR-39 etched track detector, developed by the Centre de Radioprotection et de Surete (CRS) laboratory for routine use, was extended for thermal neutrons. To detect thermal neutrons a very thin layer of 10B was implanted in silicon and pressed against the CR-39. The response of such a dosimeter to neutrons in the energy range from thermal to 66 MeV is presented and compared to the effective equivalent dose. Fluences of thermal neutrons from 105 to 109 neutrons/cm2 can be measured.
